I have to say bro this been you're best video really enjoyed it both sides of the community stories being told which is excellent at the end of the day we all die and go down the same hole rich or poor doesn't matter death comes for ya but great video
Great video pearse, the “tobacco king” is buried in city cemetery beside H&W grave, Thomas Gallaher - once owned the biggest factory in the world here in Belfast!
I find it interesting in graveyards and looking at the graves I’ve never been over to Miltown cemetery but would be interested in having a look. An interesting one in Belfast city cemetery is the underground wall separating catholic and Protestant graves 🤯
It's widely said big storey was the man behind the decision when the conflict ended for burials to stop and keep as it is for only the ones who died on active service bobby buried at back along the motorway 🙏
Good video though I would never use British euphemisms like Trouble to describe the wars they caused in Ireland unless they want us to describe WW1/2 as World Troubles
Brilliant vlog pearse Id be like you interested in all that stuff lol H&W are in the process of operating again the shipyard was bought over last year I think it was. What about going into the courthouse on the Crumlin road that’s an old building we use to run in & out of it as kids, watched the vlog of you down in the tunnel from the jail
Good video, I remember walking through Milltown and it was a sombering experience seeing the Republican plots. Hope to run into ya next summer when I’m back out there.
