"Try to be the best version of yourself naturally not artificially! "

When Botox becomes more common than talent, you know something is very broken in the industry

i lost it when i heard AISHWARYA did that...she's literally the beauty example ppl give what made her do that

I never understood the hate for Indian men..I used to be avid kdrama watcher..but even then I'd always prefer our bollywood actors like Sidhant and ARK.. our Indian men look the best honestly. Same for our woman. Don't let internet fool you, we're all beautiful, our skin litrelly looks like a mixture of gold and cocoa. We're known for having best hair. We have eyes that sparkle like stars in the sky. Every feature you think is ugly is actually an appreciated feature in some other nation. Please love yourself, stay healthy and away from social media.

Sometimes i get worried about my weight and looks but now i feel blessed that without makeup i can go anywhere and stills looks 10 times better and don’t need to spend thousands on clothes and makeup 😅

People who idealize bollywood actors and cricketers are stupid they contribute nothing to the indian society with their craft.

Indian film industry is highly toxic, unsafe for common citizen

This is what we call as good influencers who always advise us to use natural things

Seriously, just don't compare yourself with anyone. Be better than your past version, that matters the most

It's good to see that you haven't promoted any of Traya's products

Maine to natural tarika apnaya weight loss ka. Sugar intake bilkul low kar diya. Diet sahi kar liya. Fast-food aur junk food completely ban kar diya. Apne aap ko hydrated rakhta hun aur regular excercise shuru kar diya. Mahine bhar me hi positive result mila hai. Faltu ke unrealistic goal ke chakkar me jo hai, wo bhi barbaad ho jaayega.

Best way to health is to sleep 7-8 hrs , eat small portionnwith balanced diet, avoid junk food, spend time with family and friends for emotional and mental health, avoid negative media , read good books, dedicate time to work/study , have a healthy hobby, and don't forget to exercise daily  no matter the weight and love yourself !

i really like content creators like you , who cover all such topics to spread general awareness

"Looks can be deceiving" "Looks do matter"

Finally, someone’s talking about the truth behind those perfect celeb looks! Props to Traya for keeping it real and honest❤
