Sakana really does care about them. Shiina though has changed alot over the last 3 years and so has her content. She made an effort to be more extroverted too. Though her brainworms are still justvas bad.
As someone who is also autistic, she's basically got a golden goose of a boss in Sakana. Having someone who will carefully and lovingly just explain shit to you like that is extremely rare.
One of the people I most envy in this regard is Data from Star Trek, because Picard frequently stops in the middle of whatever he's doing to explain to him some minutia of human existence.
"I don't think I'm that cute" - [Woman that is petite, funny, reasonable, can cook, can do crafts and arts better than most grandmas, shoots skeet, is multilingual and a cultured weeb]
I'm surprised more people don't try to explain why something might not be viewed well by others. I find myself explaining to my one of my coworkers why something he said or did might come off badly. I suppose that we often assume that everyone else knows better, rather than acknowledge that many of us have gaps in our social skills.
