3:28 “Whoever built Multiverse Reforged knows what they are doing.”

That would be Gavin Verhey. Agreed.

Tfw Baumi is the only creator to use the superior pluralization of sphinx

I agree about Sphinx's Approach. I've had a mono-blue ramp Pauper EDH deck helmed by Dreamscape Artist simmering for a while, and this card is the final piece I've been looking for. There aren't any particularly powerful common sphinxes the spin into, just the consistent card draw and guaranteed access to a few okay flying beaters does it for my PDH deck.

Great video! This is completely off topic, but I am trying to buy a copy of your amazing card game Disastles. Unfortunately, I am not finding  a place to buy it :( I live in Germany. Do you still produce the game? I loved it! Thanks in advance!

I've already been brewing Sphexe's Approach for a mono blue build and it really just plays itself.

Great take on the deck design.

My friend got this precon and created a fun pile, a selection of over 100 polymorph targets. Every time she shuffles up, she puts 20 random cards from the fun pile into the deck. It has been very fun to play against, especially considering there is a large range of power in the pile.

Honestly the card I'm most excited about is Jiang Yanggu, Alone. Captain Howler is my favorite card ever and the red Jiang just gives you so much permanent power in that deck and I love it.

Also I just wanted to say that I opened 2 of the mono blue Lyras and 3 of the Twinnings in my prerelease pool and turns out just doing nothing but casting that spell over and over with Lyra out is how you win prereleases

The commander I want to make the most is Dack Faden. Play him, give everyone an Emrakul and watch the chaos ensue. Also play sword of Hearth and Home to flicker the Emrakuls back to my control whenever I want.

I've bought Rise of the Deathbringer, because well I did not buy any boosters yet. I have a couple of Rakdos decks that could benefit from it. Great card. Thanks for the video.

i had the kraken as my promo card and opened the roiling canopy at my pre release tonight and atulaly manage to play it twice both loot helped and well i ened up 0-2 2-1 2-1  had so much fun

Nisa! always up to something

I like the Jace Commander for the Precon. If you want to just add stuff to a collection for new players to build other decks, it’s solid. The deck without a significant upgrade (replacing most of the creatures, given more than half of them make no sense in this deck) is near unplayable (especially if you run Nissa as the Commander).

I will try to put some red stealspells, steal hit polymorph 😎

Yeah, the deck has a nice theme but the payoff if pretty bad, basically a vessel to give those cards as a bonus. I went for planeswalkers because I hate blink decks.

path of ancestry is a transguild promenade++

I think the included path of ancestry is a really wasted opportunity to print a "path of ancestry but for planeswalkers"
There are enough PW commanders available and it would be a nice addition.

For all of Wizzies faults in magic over the last several years, modal card design is not among them.

sphinx revelation should have cost at least 4 mana maybe more. It is so much powercreep for commander only.

A couple years ago i would have agreed with you on rise of the deathbringer.
Now, especially in ub sets, creatures often have nonsencical statlines (like, why is a pair of regular scientists a 3/5?). Generelly i feel like, outside of tokendecks and elves, it barely hits the things you want gone.
