Stemming from the boredom of their thesis work, Herman, Doni, and Fitri decided to escape for a while by climbing Mount Sumbing. For Doni and Fitri, this was their first climb, and the experienced Herman had already reminded them of one important rule: never bring strange objects into the wild. However, what should have been a refreshing journey slowly turned into a gripping nightmare as one by one, irrational oddities began to terrorize them along the silent hiking trail.

One of them's demeanor drastically changed, becoming cold and angry, followed by the terror of supernatural whispers that pressed ever closer in the pitch-black night. Finally, a terrifying incident on the edge of a cliff robbed them of their consciousness and forced them to flee for their lives. While they managed to return to the bottom with a shred of hope, a shocking revelation at the base camp revealed a dark secret about who—or what—had been walking with them all this time.
