Netflixシリーズ ドラマ考察を語る
■Subtitles ❉AI
0:00 I watched all 8 episodes of the Netflix series "Downtime". In conclusion, I recommend it.
0:20 I won't spoil the main story. However, there was a surprising plot twist in the first episode, so I'll only mention it at the end.
1:28 It delivered on my expectations regarding the theme of plastic surgery: Shadow doctors and clinics driven by profit.
2:41 About the visuals: The patients look like completely different people before and after the procedure. Special effects makeup and special sculpting.
3:19 There are many scenes of blood and cutting. This is not a show to watch while eating.
3:50 The story revolves around two characters: Fumiko Numata (Mayu Matsuoka) and Rin Toyama (Riisa Naka). Relationships with parents also come into play.
4:27 Honestly, I wondered why it was like this. The pacing in the second half.
4:47 I understood after the director's interview. The intention was to create an "experiential drama" that would shake the viewer's values.
5:47 I myself don't intend to get plastic surgery, but my feelings changed before and after watching it.
6:32 What's interesting is that there are people who interpret it differently. The supervising doctor said, "I think fewer people will do it."
7:48 Finally, about the title. Downtime is the important time between a chrysalis and a butterfly. I had that too after watching it.
9:12 [Spoiler Alert] This will touch on the content of episodes 1 and 2. Hana Amano, who plays Tanaka.
9:58 Episode 1, 4 minutes 33 seconds. Was the person Tanaka bumped into in the street her post-plastic surgery self?

▼Things I want to tell you
●I'm not a drama expert, so I don't think I can criticize or review direction or scripts. 😓 I'm just trying to share my feelings as a viewer with those who watch my videos.
●I use the word "analysis," but I'm aware that it might not be the original meaning, and I'm using it because I think it's an easy-to-understand word.

I'm not accepting comments like "That's not an analysis"... I'm sorry.
●I think everyone who shows their face in their YouTube thumbnails or videos is a talent! I believe they attract viewers with their own charm, but I don't show...
