Cardiologist and Endocrinologist said I was 'perfect' candidate for Mounjaro. Four months in, blood sugar A1c down from 7.5 to 5.3 level and blood pressure down from 150/100 to 125/75... This med has given me the 'self control' to eat healthy (vegs and lots meat and fish, only), cutting out carbs, added sugars, seed oils, breads... My brother was involved in a devastating car accident 20 years ago when he was 21 years old. He suffered a severe skull fracture that damaged the nerves connected to his eyes, leaving him approximately 95% blind.

42 year old man, early Iraq War vet. 185 pounds. Tirzepatide fixed my gut issues, calmed my ptsd and calmed my food and booze noise. Its a miracle drug dropped to a lean 165.
Tips for new people. Track your calories, cut the booze, lift 3 or 4 days a week, sleep like its your job. I didnt take tirzepatide to loose weight i did it to fix the symptoms related to EPI. I still need to do another test, but I am symptoms free and haven't taken my crazy expensive enzyme replacement meds in months!

@DrAminHedayat the problem we have is that whilst you say this peptide is not FDA approved, and that peptide isn’t, the general population of active (Gym) people taking these peptides don’t have any trust in the pharmaceuticals. We’ve seen how they’ve treated us with C0Vid. So more often than not, when someone asks for BPC or a GH-increasing Peptides, they ignore any warnings that it isn’t FDA-approved. Their reasoning is that the medical industry don’t want us to be healthy, and that they’ve intentionally not approved it on the FDA.

Whilst some of this is dangerous thinking, we also have to agree that the medical industry have not been very helpful to the mass population

Been on grey market Retatrutide for 4 months now. Lost about 30 pounds in total. Dexa showed 4 pounds lean mass loss overall. Strength training 4x a week. High protein intake. Macros tracked. Personally sent samples out for 3rd party testing for purity and endotoxins. Each 20mg vial (after testing costs included) cost about $40 a piece. Food noise all but obliterated. No cravings for sweet food. Mild nausea first week or so of taking medicine.

The 'sending people to the ER' framing is doing a lot of work here and I think it flattens a more complicated picture. Most of the documented adverse events in the literature involve compounds that were either misdosed, mislabeled, or sourced from places with zero quality controls. That distinction matters and this video kind of buries it. I run my research compounds through Evolve for exactly that reason, and the nuance between 'peptides are dangerous' and 'uncontrolled sourcing is dangerous' is the conversation researchers actually need to be having.

People are too scared to talk to their doctors and to be honest, most know nothing about peptides. Functional health docs are charging thousands for a visit or labs around here. I’m not surprised people turn to grey market for help! Thanks for sharing great information!!

I've been micro dosing Reta 2mg and Triz 2mg after losing 75lbs. Ive literally never felt better. The best part is controlling my alcohol cravings. I didnt see that coming. Its all been a blessing. My medication is my first priority and I plan on microdosing from here on out. Best money I could spend

I started on Tirz via compounding Pharmacy successfully went from 200 to 169 in three months. Still had blood sugar, BP, and cholesterol isues. in January, switched to Reta with Motsc, Tessa routine lost another 20lbs went from 6.3 to 5.2 A1c, BP normal, Cholesterol normal off all meds after 6mos low dose Reta with the others. I feel best ever in my life, visceral fat gone. Waist size was tight 36 now a loose 32. Very happy with results.

I had my Lupus rheumatologists, and other treatment professionals who used everything from anti-inflammatories and chemo drugs, to pain meds for over 2 decades tell me to not waste my time on peptides and red light therapy saying that they have no real applicable studies and would likely be at best a waste of time and money (at the same time their treatments cost me over $ 1 million over the decades). Well, in 5 months I am either in deep remission or cured (they can’t tell for sure but all my markers and such are now perfect). I am not only past all the symptoms, but my joints, skin and organs ravaged by Lupus are healing or healed. So…

I started taking retatrutide a couple weeks ago. I was skeptical at first, but at this time I don't crave alcohol like I once did. I haven't really lost much weight, but it has helped a bit with food noise. That's good enough for me. Helps me not want to eat after 6pm.

I want to challenge the notion that taking certain peptides is inherently irresponsible simply because they lack clinical trial data. By that logic, Native Americans were “irresponsible” for relying on generations of accumulated knowledge about medicinal plants before modern clinical trials existed.

Clinical studies are the strongest form of evidence, but they’re not the only form. Science often validates what collective human experience discovered first.

I'm off-topic here, Dr. Hedayat, but I just want to chime in. About six months ago, I watched a few of your videos about nutrients that help reduce inflammation, improve health, etc. All year I've incorporated and made major changes in how I shop and eat, and my health has been improving in every measurable way. I saw my PCP yesterday and we moved our next appointment out six months instead of three, all lab panels and vitals showing within normal range. My fitness has been increasing markedly since addressing my nutrition, and my mental/emotional health is worlds better than ever before in my life. I always knew nutrition was important, duh—but growing up as microwave-everything latchkey kid in the 90s, it was a major challenge to actually make those changes. Somehow your videos and teaching style landed with me at a crucial time. I took notes, and now shopping is a breeze. Improving my diet also gave me the confidence I finally needed to finally quit tobacco two months ago. Alcohol consumption has tapered dramatically and I'm no longer reaching for all those crutches so quickly. Compounding health benefits across the board. Off topic, I know.
