In the garden, sometimes you have to take risks to learn. In this video, I show you how to stalk my tomatoes, a key step for strong growth. Then, we'll take a tour of the trees in my new home, which are already beginning to sprout, heralding spring. And finally, the experiment: transplanting my tomatoes early into the raised beds. I know they might freeze, but the experience and knowledge I'll gain are worth the risk. It's like growing two years in one.
"Life in the garden, like life itself, invites us to take risks. Sometimes the greatest lessons are not learned in the security of the known, but in the challenge of the uncertain. The possibility of loss is real, but the gain from experience, knowledge, and the ability to push boundaries is a priceless treasure. Caring for our garden is caring for ourselves; it's daring to experiment and grow, one step at a time, toward a more beautiful, abundant, and connected world."
