Literally everything is locked behind Pro and the trams are basically extinct now, eventually you’ll need Pro just to go past the menu screen

The devs are just grown up men who still cant handle criticism or hate and they just keep it secret and then go to their glazers to make them be happy

Really appreciate this video - I agree with the majority of it

Just to touch on how we handle criticism (and I'm glad it was raised), it can be frustrating for us when simple, relatively small mistakes are labelled as 'lazy'. Although there are defo times I'll see criticism get batted away by other team members and I'll think 'hmm could that have been dealt with better?'

Regarding the economy I completely hear you and we've got updates in the works to address it very soon!

Spending the last week at RDC was a great opportunity to share and discuss player feedback directly with the team where some team members might've been a little out of touch with what players are asking for. At the end of the day player satisfaction is super important.

What honestly killed me for me is when they forced rthro avatars which I despise so much because Roblox keeps shoving those avatars on my face but it’s sad on what’s going on for Croydon now I play SCR and BR A LOT NOW but this still sucks man

Biggest example of the devs being toxic that springs to my mind was the whole redefined mobile situation, where it became a full on trend to clown people who played on mobile and label them as spoilt children just because some of them had issues with the touch controls

I used to though this was a fun game back then the buses where Gen 1 and I bought the Enviro 200 then V1.3.2 came out the gen 2 enviro 200. But when Croydon redefined update came I only wanted V1.4 not redefined

Ngl I’m glad you’re the one saying this. I’m gonna be so honest, based on my past experience, Centro would Js constantly attack you for basically doing any videos covering this. Similar to what u said at 5:26, the developers get so offended if you have any questions or concerns about the game and will either clown you or ban you permanently from the game or the discord server. 💔

Agree with it all and sadly I barely play now as got bored of doing the same things

5:50 I agree with this for the Go Ahead B5HL variant, it literally looks exactly like the old version of it with just the destination boards on the outsides being changed. Alot of the newer E400 MMCs barely look any different to their legacy models but if you were to say that in the discord server, they'd put you on mute or give you a warning instead of accepting criticism. For Example, I said "why does the transport uk smart hybrid version have the wrong indicators at the back" and got muted for 15 minutes

Ibr the way the higher devs handle getting tagged on discord wether your message is good/bad is bad which fair enough is annoying but I think “Please don’t tag developers” or just ignoring it or muting notifications from that person would be more mature then telling someone to shut the * up.

However there is amazing devs on the team that will give you legit feedback (the guy who showed me a setting for sim rigs, Thanks a lot!

And the tagging thing I don’t think I was aware at that time.

Definitely agree with how ridiculous they’re making the prices, It’s not even that simple or easy to get robux because you have to spend real money on it. The ways to get free robux or robux giveways are scams.

My issues with Croydon:

1. Rush hour is supposed to have good passenger numbers the ENTIRE time so why does rush hour start lacking in passenger numbers after 9:30am/ 6:30PM, only after 1/2 of the rush hour has started?


2. Pro/ Pack buses as a whole are glitched out in PPP. I have 4/6 PPP for them, yet I still only get the max of 45 when it should be 60 because it keeps giving me 3 PPP when i should be having 4 PPP.


3. The lack of communication between player and developers is shocking. They talk maybe 1-3 times in the discord and barely respond to criticism or advice and ignore any complaints the community has unless its someone who has Pro.


4. This was already explained in the video but new buses/ remodeled buses should NOT be costing 15,000 on release when its already hard enough to get points since the requirements for XP has been doubled by 10 since Redefined came out. Even the best routes during morning rush (198,250,289,450) only give you 900-1.3K, depending on your PPP. That equals to doing 289 16-25 times in a row during rush hour to afford it.


5. The lack of map extensions is shocking, considering the last one was 197's additon to the game back in January this year. It's been 9 months since the map last was upgraded and all we get is just remodeled/ new buses. We could of had Addington Village, Purley, Shirley (the ACTUAL Shirley), Selsdon, Waddon or even Mitcham as examples of places for extension, with the easiest being Addington Village and Waddon.
