Antonis, your narration is incredibly valuable! I would never mute it! I see that you are self-conscious about your English, but there is no need. The meaning behind your words is always understood and I enjoy your personality. Thank you for the lessons!

Mute you? God fofbid! Your narration is half the education and a great part of the pleasure of following your masterful execution of this project. The methodological instruction and the technical advice you offer as the process unfolds are invaluable. Your more subjective musings on the frame of mind while engaged on a work, and on being an artist in general, reveal a deeper and more holistic dimension in your approach to sharing your expertise with students. I can say I appreciated your inner reflections as much as I did your commentary on the paniting itself. Art and personality are intimately bound one with the other, and it would be a travesry to reduce artistic endeavour and guidance to the mechanical level of a user's manual for a washing machine!

Michaelangelo, a Master of drawing and painting, thinking drawing and painting were bad art form will always be hilarious. Dude only wanted to make sculptures lol.

Wonderful to hear your narration as you paint!  Great voice.  Relaxing. Seems like Andrew Wyeth studied Michelangelo’s techniques.   I’ve seen Wyeth’s work but would love to see it up close.  In reading about the cross hatching that he’d used, this must have been his process.

God bless you for all the help with those renaissance techniques. I have a really huge growth of skills by seeing you’re vids ❤

You have a beautiful, logical-process;  I aspire to establish in my work.

Thank you, Antonis. I love your channel.

Nice job

Very nice! I love your old master studies. Which pigments are your favorites for egg tempera?

Beautiful work! For me is a perfect job .I think very close to the way of painting in the Sixtine.I even suspect that thé Tondo Doni was made this way with a few final glazes of oil paint to erase the traces of the brush. By chance you recommend reading some books of the philosophical spirit specific to the technique of Byzantine painting ? (I am very interested)

It looks like you're using a divinci brush to paint a Michelangelo!

Hi, i’ve messaged you on patreon!
