BRO! I just made an entire scarecrow monster using this technique. It looks so awesome, thanks for all the tips!!! I wish I could post photos of it. It's currently on display at a Scarecrow Festival in Peddler's Village, PA. My added tip not mentioned in your vid is that I used adhesive spray on the wrap before painting the liquid latex on it. It really helped all the latex and paint stick to it properly.

I usually hand pick a ton of dead sticks from the woods but I could use some of this blended in too . I joke that some of my sticks  ( from the woods) have been  in about 4 previous  yard haunts as I save them .
