Trying to understand the different Bellingham neighborhoods? In this video, I’m breaking down all the neighborhoods in Bellingham to help you understand where they are, how the city is laid out, and what you’ll find in each area.

I’m Jasmin, a lifelong Bellingham local and local real estate professional. I was born and raised here, and in this video I’m using the map to walk you through Bellingham neighborhood by neighborhood, including areas like Fairhaven, South Hill, Columbia, Cornwall Park, Barkley, Silver Beach, Whatcom Falls, Cordata, Lettered Streets, Happy Valley and more.

We’ll look at housing styles, parks and trails, major landmarks, development patterns, topography, access to downtown and I-5, and some of the local context that can be difficult to understand when you’re researching Bellingham from somewhere else.
