Thanks for doing this kit again Boyd! It was by watching you do your first build series on this kit that got into the hobby and encouraged me to do this kit. By watching this series I'm really hoping I can keep from getting the urge to do a second build of my own! I have to say that yes the perfect plastic putty and the already modified Bridge has already saved a ton of work. It'll be fun seeing the other short cuts that you can do now. One thing I'm really curious about is if you've found a way to place the mounting post so it's balanced better. I know mine turned out to be VERY front heavy, to the point where I have to have a second post there to support the weight. It's great to be watching this build again by the Yoda of modeling!

This series is excellent. Thank you for the step-by-step. The Perfect Plastic Putty is revelatory to me; I hadn't known about a putty that was water soluble.

New Sub, Watching these videos really inspires a person to want to get into doing this model build. He has excellent teaching of the details and the pro's tips and tricks which really lack in some kit builder videos. Yes I am sure it's painstaking to do this but I am sure talking through this build helps him to. I think I am going to buy this and all the aftermarket stuff and the other stuff he recommends and get into this. It's been a long time since my model building has occurred.  Great series

My Enterprise will arrive in the mail today. I plan to get started sometime in my recovery from a major surgery at the VA. I need to find a good hobby shop in NE San Antonio

still love your videos.  especially the refit Enterprise, my favorite of all the Star Trek vessels.   would love to see one with the saucer cargo hatches open and maybe a travel pod or Vulcan shutte connected to the bridge docking port.  keep up the amazing work.
