Celebrity Beyond Our First Day Was NOT What We Expected!

WE’RE FINALLY ON CELEBRITY BEYOND! And our first day on this beautiful ship was filled with excitement, surprises, getting a little lost, a few cocktails… and one very unfortunate spilled drink! 😂
Come along with us for Embarkation Day on Celebrity Beyond as we travel to Port Miami, board the ship, explore our new home for the cruise, tour our cabin, and experience our very first day onboard.
We start with an Uber to Port Miami before making our way through the terminal and finally stepping onto Celebrity Beyond through Fine Cut Steakhouse. And I have to admit, that moment was incredibly emotional. After all the planning and anticipation, we were finally HERE! ❤️
We then make our way to our muster station, but not before walking through a seriously mind-bending mirrored hallway. Let's just say… I think that hallway may have made me a little dizzy!
Next, we explore Eden before eventually finding our way to our cabin — after, of course, walking down the WRONG hallway first! 😂
Our cabin, 9302, was an extra-special surprise because Celebrity had decorated it for a birthday celebration! We had birthday decorations, a stuffed birthday bear, robes, three bottles of wine, and a beautiful cheese and fruit plate waiting for us.
Then it's time to explore even more of Celebrity Beyond!
We visit the walking track, discover the Mast Bar, enjoy our favorite drink — the Tropical Heatwave — explore the beautiful Rooftop Garden, check out the pool and theater, walk through the Martini Bar with live steel drum music, grab burgers from the Mast Grill, and relax in the Solarium.
And then we discovered an AMAZING spot for sail away that was exclusive to AquaClass guests. There was practically nobody around, and it felt like we had our own private view of Miami. It honestly felt like we were royalty!
We finish the day at Blu… where Scott's appetizer was definitely NOT his favorite dish of the cruise. 😂
This was just Day 1 on Celebrity Beyond, and we can't wait to show you everything else we experienced!
