The accident on that bridge is mainly to be blame on the D.O.T:-(Department of transportation). Because the yearly CVIP:-(Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program) in Guyana is not about service mark by efficiency and effectiveness. It is all about exploitation and money making. All the traffic police are corrupt, they only look for bribery, and prey on vulnerable women to exploit and hustle. They don't have no legitimate interest or intentions in road safety and order but only to satisfy their own lust and cravings.
