Yvonne Brandner started drinking at 13. What began as a "pre-drink" and stress relief exercise turned into an addiction: alcohol became her constant companion. She eventually needed up to three bottles of vodka a day. She lied to her family, hid the bottles, and tried to function anyway, but shame, guilt, and despair dominated her life. Even after the birth of her child, she couldn't stop. Until she screamed life-changingly in the car.

Alkohol war bei meiner Eltern wie das tägliche Brot!
Mit 13 Jahren war ich wieder das erste Mal betrunken, das wollte ich und ab 14 Jahren 1 oder 2 mal im Monat, mit 15 habe ich schon fast täglich mein Bier trinken können und ab 17 Jahren kommte ich nur noch mit Alkohol mein Alltag geschafft....ab und zu gab es auch Zeiten, wo ich andere Menschen gezeigt habe, das ich ohne Alkohol leben kann!
Dann ist 1992 mein Vater gestorben, 5 Wochen später hatte meine Schwester einen Autounfall und in dieser Zeit musste ich alle meine Gefühle mit Alkohol beteuben...
Jeden Tag volltrunken, konnte nicht mehr zur Arbeit gehen, und war immer krankgeschrieben!
Nach ca.6 Monaten schaffte ich mit Hilfe eine Entgiftung, danach machte ich eine Langzeittherapie und war wirklich 8 Jahre trocken, fühlte mich dass erste Mal im Leben gut. Dann kam der erste Rückfall 2001, danach schaffte ich wieder Abstinenz zu leben und der letzte Rückfall war am 03.09.2009, bis Oktober 2011..... und mit einem Suizidversuch!
Der Herrgott half mir und ich startete wieder "neu", unzählige Therapien und Gespräche hatte ich, war ja schon 2011 trocken aber erst ab 2016 hatte ich das Gefühl, eine zufriedene Abstinenz leben zu können... war mir nicht sicher!
Ja, heute 2025 lebe ich in meiner zufriedenen Abstinenz, habe über Jahre mein Leben verändert und bis Datum bedanke ich mich bei Jesus!
