16:27 i always love moments like this, where Robb's "YAY" turns into "OH OWW OH GOD" when the coaster starts getting rough 😂

Native Pittsburgher here! I've been going to Kennywood every summer since I was a baby; now I go with my husband, and someday, our children. Truly a family tradition. It makes me so happy to see other people enjoy the rides I grew up riding, but with the wonder and appreciation of fresh eyes and perspectives. I never thought much before about how Kennywood really does have a thing for preserving old, one-of-a-kind rides, so much more so than other parks. I wish you could have seen the Turnpike ride while it was there, that was another good one! Anyway, thanks for sharing such fun and joy, it makes my heart full! ❤

back in 1991, Phantom's Revenge was known as the Steel Phantom and it had 4 inversions.

This park has a special place in my heart for being not just a classic of Pittsburgh lore, but for being the stomping grounds for which I conquered my fear of high and fast rollercoasters that used to intimidate and overstimulate me just even being near them.

It is thanks to this park and the Thunderbolty, Sky-rockety, Phantomy experiences that I am now at a point where I can ride Cedar Point's Millennium Force whilst singing Free Fallin'.

Oh man, this was so good to see. I'd wondered if you guys were still doing these. My partner and I would watch you constantly in the early-mid 00's as we were riding. Haven't ridden in 23 years 😢 And he just passed on 30 June after a 9 year battle with lung cancer. I miss riding.

9:42 is the only time I've genuinely been scared on a roller coaster.  The tiny little lap bar combined with not really knowing an old ride could give ejector like that was enough to make me hold on for dear life.

I went to kennywood last summer it is definitely one of the best parks I've been to. Top rides thunderbolt and steel curtain at least for me

Yo, this is one of my bucket list parks to visit. It’s so classic here. Mine must do’s at the park. Ride Phantom’s revenge the steel curtain jackrabbit skyrocket and grab them potato patch fries

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh I want to look at other roller coasters the Pittsburgh roller coasters are short and sweet and don't go any distance like other roller coasters from amusement parks do.

Edit: Maybe that's what makes it unique and special, and why you can ride the rides twice as many times.

I’m from Pittsburgh, born and raised. I hope you had fun with your family or friends.

very good rides at that park... thanks so much for showing us

I miss "The Parachute" ride. It was behind the food stand over by the Jack Rabbit.

One of the unsaid great things about this channel is the order of thw POVs. You post the rides literally in the order most of us want to see them instead of burying a great behind 6 family coasters.

Just visited this park today, The Steel Curtain is an incredibly made coaster it is so smooth. The Phantom Revenge is fun but very rough

These coaster videos are awesome and robs reactions to the coaster are always so funny keep riding 🔥

62 DAYS UNTIL MY TIME HAS COME!!! (At least I hope. Still waiting for Phantom Fest Tickets to go on sale) This is LITERALLY the only part of my trip I haven't booked yet. 😅

Steel Curtain looks crazyyyy

OH MY GOD FINALLY! Thank you, Rob.

I remember you guys when I was a kid

Ha ha! Caught the Phantom flying by while you were on Thunderbolt. That's a fairly rare occurrence. Maybe once every 6 or 7 rides.

And the Auto Race is still a cool historic piece, but it's a shell of its former self. Those cars used to go about twice as fast before the insurance companies put an end to that. I LOVED that ride as a kid.
