Thank you tina and zenn for speaking about  Palestine 🇵🇸  you are the best ❤ i m arabe girl from tunisien 🇹🇳

As a Palestinian girl
Thank you so much for speaking up about Palestine

Come onnn guysss  Baklava is not belong to Arab  cuisine, Baklava is Turkish dessert

Usually moroccan zaalouk, has fried eggplants, as for spices we also add curcuma, dehydrated ginger and paprika!

For the authentic Moroccan Zaalouk salad/dip, we prefer roasting the eggplant whole then peel and chop. It gives a deeper, charred eggplant flavor to the dip. Also, more accurately in Moroccan cuisine, this dip is used as a "side dish" to main dishes, so it is meant to be a smaller dish that doesnt overpower the main dish

As an arab girl, thank you so mich for this video Tina 🥺🥺❤️❤️

For the second recipe Iranians grill the eggplant and it has a smoky flavor. And it's called mirzaghasemi .(some also add egg in it)

an arab girl from jordan here and seeing you makes me feel so proud   love you 💐

09:38 yes with less tomatoes and sweet smocked pepper and you should smoked the eggplants too then pill them and add more garlic and fresh parsley in the end with olive oil drizzle (that's my family version of it)

Moroccan here! About your Zaalouk dish, the essential step that you missed was grilling the eggplant , and some regions also add grilled green peppers to the mix :)
Ps: zaalouk is usually spicy and is more used as a side dish with tajine or grilled chicken with other side dishes…

Thank you for speaking up on what's going on in the middle east and Palestine Tina!!. As a middle eastern girl I'm so proud of you. 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸 . Been a subscriber for years now and you never disappointed. So much love.  ❤❤

Tina, you should invest in some anti cut gloves for when you're grating things, it would give you and Zen peace of mind I'm sure :)

Thank you Tina and Zenn (beautiful souls right there)for speaking about Palestine 🇵🇸 this is why everyone loves you. I am from Lebanon 🇱🇧 ❤❤❤

As a Moroccan we don't make our dish like tgat at home, We grill the eggplant and pepper on the stove first before start cooking everything together, eggplant and pepper is the star in it. It's a Popular side dish, but can be eaten on its own along with bread. 9:49
