In this video, we take on the complete restoration of a Honda CB400 motorcycle that has seen better days.
After years of sitting unused, the paint was oxidized and cracked, the exhaust pipes were badly rusted, and several components needed extensive repairs. Even though the engine could still start, something didn’t sound quite right.
Our goal was to bring this classic Honda CB400 back to its former glory.
🔧 Restoration Highlights:
• Complete motorcycle disassembly
• Frame restoration and sandblasting
• Exhaust pipe repair, including rust holes and dents
• Front suspension refurbishment
• Carburetor restoration and ultrasonic cleaning
• Engine cleaning and rebuilding
• Bodywork preparation, sanding, and repainting
• Final reassembly and finishing touches
Every component was carefully restored, repaired, or refinished to bring this motorcycle back to life.
Watch until the end to see the transformation!

Thanks for including bikes in your production.
That was a clever way of cleaning the valves.
And thank you for protecting my eyes when welding. 🙏
