“I am not the judge. I just work for Him” Tye was so good!! So much wisdom and real talk.

Tye did his tang... he preached without being religious... he spoke when he needed to speak.... he was quiet and listened without being judgemental when he needed to be... the other guys could speak freely without feeling judged.... I learned a lot... I laughed a lot. I betcha' eveybody googling tye now...  This was Amazing.

As a brother in the hood.. this is very unexpected and I didn't know I needed this. And I thank God I watched this in its entirety. And I thank yall brothas for creating a platform for us. Again... thank you from me to the whole 85 South crew. God bless. 🙏🏽

This touched me.

I am so proud of DC. Forreal. He holds so much wisdom and definitely knows, as well as understands Gods word. I pray that God continues to reveal himself to all these brothers in a way they cannot deny. Also want to commend TY for being a true leader and allowing these men to be who they are. He just doesn’t understand what he allowed God to do in this moment.

Gospel Legend in the trap. Nothing else to add. The best podcast in the nation

I think what Karlous was doing went over a lot of people’s heads. He’s clearly a believer but he was keeping the convo going by asking all The tough questions and bringing up the arguments that people try to use about the Bible.

Overall amazing episode‼️🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The knowledge of dc young fly make me love him even the more

"Because we wrote it...They took it from us and tried to tell us what they thought it meant." That line just changed my entire perception of DC. 🙏🏿

I love that Rev. Tye allowed them to be themselves. He didn’t say “y’all can’t smoke around me cause I’m a pastor” . We need more pastors like this. To be able to reach the people who need to here this, you have to go to the places they are. 85 South is not successful just cause these men are talented, it’s because they keep God first.

Much love from a black truck driver wit internet in his truck

I looooove that Ty can literally go ANYWHERE and he's himself EVERYWHERE! Much love to him and the fellas for this

This is called real this is community this is what black people need.  No division just community, blackness, greatness that’s love

DC got it in him fr. He’s real about his flesh and relationship. You can tell his upbringing still resonates 💪🏽💯

The most unexpected collab!!!!

Man I wish Chico Bean was on! TYE gotta come back with the full cast, This episode touched my heart and for those irritated by Karlous trust me them questions gone save souls! You don’t think those who don’t know God and even those who do know God don’t have questions 🧐 Everything works for the good of the Lord!

Let’s Go Tye ! Bring Jesus to the trap.

This is what I’m talking about. Jesus wasn’t in no brick and mortar, stained glasses, suit and tie, reaching people. He met them right where they were at. This is real conversation. Not pushing religion but going at it from a spiritual humanity perspective. Loved this!!!!

My eyes dang near popped out when I saw that you guys had Tye Tribbett! As a PK, I grew up in an extremely sheltered/traditional household. Listening to Tye Tribbett and watching him be his young authentic self in the midst of doing the work of the Lord helped me break out of the mold placed upon me as a PK. He encouraged me to develop my own relationship with God in my own way. Thank You for this episode 85 South! 😊

Also, good job Tye in standing your ground against Lous!

When Ty said..” I do appreciate the foundation but not the tradition”…I was like preach brother!!😮‍💨..
