So if he basically took over Dantes role, would that make him... The Ghost of Sparda?

I think we can all agree that if Kratos, Atreus and Freya lived to the modern day they’d be a great addition to the Devil May Cry crew.

Bruh 💀 Vergil will just sit on his chair and listen to Bury the light, he doesn't need to do anything one judgment cut is enough or his chair will fight for him instead 💀

Chen could also manipulate the future. Not just see it. Yes he had fate manipulation

So something to say with the peak of combat 9d feats, it’s not just human souls but all souls, and several demons in DMC 3 (the Soul Eater) and later on are stated to be souls themselves and Dante and Vergil affected them and killed them. Not only that but Vergil’s mirage edge is stated to be Vergil’s soul itself. So they definitely have 9d scaling. This isn’t counting the name concept stuff where Mundus is named after the Unus Mundus Jungian archetype which would scale DMC 3 Vergil to high outer as DMC 3 Vergil was stated to be capable of killing Mundus if he wasn’t already weakened after fighting Dante

So here's the thing... A lot of people say kratos has immeasurable speed but then wouldn't that make everyone that does be relative in speed? Or does he swap in and out immeasurable speed in each fight because he struggled in speed with everyone he fought one way or another past Helios.

Kratos: Finally... i defeated Urizen!

Atreus: Father, this is a empusa 💀

The thing I see people constantly get wrong are speed feats. Speed isn't a sole category. Speed is physical movement speed from 1 place to another, i.e. dodging or gap closing. Its also combat speed. How fast can you swing your weapon? How fast can you move part of your body out of the way of an attack? How fast can you react?

Kratos could be 100% matched with Vergil's speed (he isn't anywhere close) but if he can't react fast enough it doesnt matter. Dante in DMC3 dodged a 9mm bullet shot from a few feet behind him, maybe 10ft at MOST. Being that 9mm bullets usually travel at supersonic speeds (~1200 feet per second) , the bullet would have hit him before he heard it. At a rate of 1200 feet per second, it would have crossed the distance between its starting point and Dante's head in roughly 8 milliseconds (1200 feet per second, thats 1 foot every 1.2 milliseconds). Yet he still dodged it by casually moving his head to the side. So the only thing that would give him any sort of indication that a bullet was fired at him was the sound of the hammer striking the firing pin. But then how did he know to move his head? Was it just a lucky guess? Or was he able to somehow sense it? Vibrations in the air maybe? Any way you slice it, thats an insane reaction time thats best measured in microseconds or nanoseconds being that he still had time to move his head out of the way before the bullet hit it. He would have had to have heard the shot. And thats human form Dante as a teenager. Vergil was even stronger and faster than him at that point.

Also, you left out Vergils ability to instantaneously teleport with pretty much no limit. He can use it as often as he wants and teleport pretty much anywhere he wants too. Kratos could be 100 octillion times faster than the speed of light. Its still not as fast as instant. Vergil's Dark Slayer teleports are outright stated in the game files themselves to be instant teleports. Its basically Instant Transmission from the DBZ Manga, but on meth and crack at the same time.

Has Kratos actually matched anyone who swings their weapon hundreds if not thousands of times per second? Because Dante and Vergil were casually doing that as Teenagers in their human forms.

I'm confident Kratos gets absolutely bodied by DMC3 Vergil, then again by Nelo Angelo, then gets erased from existence by DMC5 Vergil.

Definitely would like to see doomslayer against them. Doomslayer casually fights universal threats daily and fights multi dimensional threats on the weekends. I would definitely like to see how he scales to DMC.

Kratos fanboys be righting essays in the corner
(Edit: damn it I started a war between furries and kratos 💀)

It's true that Kratos probably wouldn't win the first round against Urizen. But knowing him, Kratos is not one to give up easily. He would more than likely form new strategies and adapt to new weapons to fight Urizen more than once

Some one else has already beat you to the idea of what if Kratos swapped places with Dante in Devil May Cry? Does he clear it? Kratos was given a 3 lives system for each game and Kratos still does not clear ANY of the games

So basically he would have to be highballed..... a lot

Bro didn't even have to mention dmc 5 vergil

Kratos is an actual god in Greek Mythology, and is the literal embodiment of strength itself.

Vergil:The true Master of Ultra instinct

I thought u we’re gonna say ghost of sparda there for some reason lol 0:18

The fact Kratos struggles in his fights alone shows the power difference between the Gods of GoW and the major demons of DMC. You gotta wonder many atrocities would be averted if Dante was in GoW 2018 and Ragnarok.
Edit: I should probably make it clear that I meant in the what if fights in the video. If there's no challenge in a game, it's not fun anymore.

the fight won't even start and the demons won LMFAOOOOOO

Epic keep making DMC vids I like it very much! :D
