I received an heirloom ceramic that arrived in multiple pieces. I had an ideas of how to fix it but didn’t know the proper glue or procedure to make the repair as unnoticeable as possible. Thank you for the name of the proper glues and the best possible method of putting the puzzle pieces together again.

For anyone here in Australia, Araldite make a transparent version that is excellent for this.

This is basically what I was doing but I didn't think wetting the paper towel would work with epoxy, thanks I'll use that. What are your thoughts on gluing small flakes of ceramic back in place when something breaks into lots of small pieces? Do you have any tricks or tips?

Also, to the other guy who posted, a video recording cannot be condescending by definition because condescension depends upon the listener; e.g. the most condescending video out there isn't condescending if a small child watches it. Get over yourself mate. Video could be edited and trimmed a bit more though.

If I thrifted a ceramic canister set and it has already been glued, should I just go straight to milliput, or is there a way to unglue and reglue it properly?

Hello. When I was first introduced to ceramic repairs (by you!) you were adding a small quantity of titanium dioxide to the epoxy. Can you explain why you are not doing that in these examples please? It might be simply because of the guilding and paint details, but I'd be grateful for guidance on that. Thanks.
