I have a 2025 MultiStrada V4 with the Grandturismo Engine, it's valve service is at 37,000 Miles. Thank God I won't even own the Bike for that long if all that Bullshit has to Come off before a valve service.

Miałem w Polsce Panigale, najechałem ponad 20.000km i sprzedałem. Wkład to oleje, opony i zestaw napędowy. Wszystko zrobiłem sam więc drogo nie było. Obecnie mieszkam na Dominikanie i mam dwa hypermotard 950sp z 2022 i 2025 - mój i żony. Jakoś żadnych kosztów nie odczuwam strasznych. Właśnie idzie kurierem opona z USA bo tutaj są dużo droższe niż w innych krajach. Oleje i części też sprowadzam. Nie ma żadnej tragedii jeśli robisz samemu. Jeżdżę tym motocyklem wszędzie, robi często za skuter do sklepu po piwo. Miałem f599 w Europie i też nie było tragedii ale części z UK i z Holandii kupowałem i robiłem sam. Miałem komputer serwisowy. Do Ducati mam obecnie Melcodiag i też ogarnia wszystko co trzeba. Na tle innych moich wcześniejszych motocykli japo słuch Ducati nie jest niczym szczególnym pod względem kosztów. Bardzo lubię ich motocykle. Mogliby poprawić jakość i. Grubość przewodów elektrycznych, zwłaszcza głównych, ale to też miałem w rsv4 factory. Jakiś problem Włosi mają z jakością elektryki.

I think something has gone wrong here. We must be looking at the end of an era. If someone can afford to buy these machines and service them (and service them they must; ignoring the servicing would miss the point of owning one, unless they are all sold with 23,999 km on the clock), good luck to them and their bank balance, but really? This does warrant the word insane. Love the weeping rocker box gasket!  And the cure. Thanks for your amazing video.

Never loved my old reliable gixxer more than rn. Ducati is a COOL bike, don't get me wrong. I'd LOVE to have the $ for one. But man- taking down the whole bike for a valve check is nuts. Not that the airbox & stuff doesn't come out on mine, too, but still, man- that's a TON of work. Makes me appreciate my old air-cooled single even more, too. Something to be said for low maintenence.

Got a 2025 SF V4S at 10.000km. I am not concerned about the cost but more about the whole thing that the workshop disassmbles and reasembles it. Worried they might screw up and miss something or not do things properly so you end up with issues later on.

The cost of owning these goes up exponentially with time as the components break down along with the service. A fun short term toy really

I think you've used too much sealant on the valve covers. It should be used sparingly so that it doesn't ooze out inwards or outwards. Especially if some of it comes loose inside, it can clog oil passages.

Italian motorcycles are like beautiful mistresses: exciting, sexy, and you can never predict where, when, or what they’re going to do. They’re full of surprises and have a serious appetite for your money.
Japanese motorcycles, on the other hand, are like a loyal wife: they don’t offer anything excessive, but they have a bit of everything. They’re reliable, predictable, and not really open to surprises.
