Definitely enjoyed the introduction 'Sep, good way to get into the video and get with what you have in mind, plus it was a nice comprehensive little tidbit of info I don't usually think about.
I bitch at you about boots constantly. Not this time. However. That Vel'koz not getting boots with his first lil chunk of money = why this went SO bad. Imagine he used his brain a tiny bit, bought boots ASAP, then immediately went to swifties. Then he could at least TRY to poke you and not get poked. Instead, he stayed slow and died like a dozen times, each time more doomed than before. It was so obvious too--get his by a volley = die X volleys later. No realistic outplay, volley is wider than his flash can move laterally. Flashing to dodge closer helps for exactly 1 volley cooldown. But, if he had enough movespeed to actually dodge the volley upfront, might have died a LOT less, got a few kills. Probably not but that was his ONLY hope. Its just like when Ashe is faster than an Udyr popping E: there is no play. Run forward = die. Run away = die slightly slower. Run left = die over there. Run right = die over here now. If you don't have the speed to dodge the AoE arc that slows = die. One hit = guaranteed death without teammates interfering, and even that fails after awhile. Dumbass should have tried boots instead of pursuing "his build" for damage he never got anyways. See it all the time. Fuckers value a number over ACTUALLY HITTING. Not hitting does zero damage at 50 AP or 1000 AP. Sometimes movespeed is worth 100,000 AD and 1,000,000 AP with 300% crit and 5.9% attack speed combined. This had that breakpoint. We can timestamp it.
