Welcome to another Thursday episode on the Buduj z Inżynierem channel! Today we're entering a very important stage: interior plastering. 🔧

Why do we need thick plasters when walls can be built perfectly straight? In this video, I prove (with a square and feeler gauge in hand!) why perfect walls don't exist. I show the entire wall preparation process, from driving in cables, through selecting the right primer (why do we need that red Betokontakt?), to the X steps to a perfectly smooth gypsum plaster.

But be careful! The most important part of this video is exposing financial pitfalls! 💸 I explain what to watch out for when settling accounts with a plastering crew. How do plasterers calculate square meters? Do they subtract door and window openings, or do they charge you for air? This part will save you from an unpleasant surprise on your invoice!

I'm also revealing a key detail for passive houses: how to fill corners near windows so as not to destroy the house's airtightness when installing a window sill!

✅ Leave a comment: How did your plastering crew calculate window and door openings? Did they calculate them in full, in half, or not at all? 👇
