During this process, I found there were a few things you should know in advance.

저는 새가슴이라 문제 생기는게 너무 싫어
돈 조금 더 내고 공홈에서 예약합니다.
가격차이 좀 많이 나면 트립닷컴 예약도 고려해봐야 겠네요
공홈에서 예약해서 문제 생긴일은 거의 없었던거 같습니다.
대신 가격이 조금 비싸요~
저는 공홈 가격이 보험이라 생각하고 발권하고 있습니다.
제 주변에서도 트립닷컴 예약으로 문제 생긴 경우는 아직까지 못들어봤습니다.

1. 발권이 늦어진 것 너무 일반화하시는 것 같습니다. ㅎㅎ
트립닷컴을 이용하여 동남아. 특히 중국 출장 과 여행 자주 다니는 저의 경우 거의 발권이 늦어진 경우가 없었습니다. 트립닷컴은 중화권 특히 중국 여행 플랫폼 최적화되어 있는 것 같습니다.
2. 전화번호가 해당 항공사에 유무는 모르겠으나( 확인을 거의 안 하니까요.ㅎ) 확실한 건
탑승과 관련된 문제나 변동 발생 시 트립닷컴에서 확인하는 메시지를 확실히 조금은 과하게 보내주는 것은 맞는 것 같습니다.
트립닷컴에 수수료를 일부 지급하는 것 정도의 서비스는 확실히 있는 것 같습니다. 문제 발생 시 그것이 항공권이든 혹은 호텔 이용이든 간에 적극적으로 잘 대처해 줍니다. 항공사와 호텔 측의 문제가 발생했을 경우 개인 고객은 무시당하기 쉬우나. 트립닷컴을 통하여 예약한 경우 트립닷컴이 굉장한 갑이기 때문에 영향력을 많이 행사합니다. 실제로 저도 이런 경우가 많이 있었습니다.
써놓고 보니 마치 제가 트립닷컴광고하는 것 같은데 ㅋ
절대 아니고요. 기타 그 외에도 소소한 장점들이 많아요.
대표님 덕분에 이번에 아랍에미레이트 항공사에 직접 들어가서 구매해서 비교적 큰돈 절약했습니다.
