Thanks again for all of your kind and generous support. It really does mean a lot to me. What would be in your top 10? What is your number 1 dish? Please do share so I can give it a try! Thanks 😀

Hi Richie, try the Thai fishcakes with lime chilli dipping sauce. They were first class. Used it as a starter before the red beef curry. Served Key Lime pie for dessert. The three dishes worked very well together for a dinner with friends last night. I did simple flatbreads and steamed long grain rice with the curry.

This is the best thermomix video I've found so far. Question about the beef curry. You said use a braising beef. What cut do you recommend?

Could you do a video with top 10 for people with diabetes?
Thank you. Great list!

Hello Richie thanks for the video. Can you share the app settings to find the recipes? For example I can’t find the Sunri pasta one. Thanks a lot

Great video. What sous vide Chicken breast in mushroom sauce recipe did you use? Is it a Cookidoo recipe?

@isaachaze1 2 years ago

Richie, I was watching another vid and the chef was talking about the sauce for salmon (butter and squeezed lemon juice) "splitting". What does it mean when a sauce "splits"? Can it be fixed?

The curry would also be my number 1. You should add links to all of the recipes you featured here in your description. I know you linked the full 33 video playlist but people might want to find that one exact recipe instead of going digging.

Thank you for the video, a personal favourite is the Coconut Lamb Curry with garlic naan and tzatziki. Always a crowd pleaser.

A quick and easy dish my family love is Chicken Garam Marsala, I think it takes about 15mins.
