In this video from Abriendo Huellas por el Mundo (Opening Footprints Around the World), we had a unique experience: Jacky and Esteban participated in the Moquehuá Barbecue Competition in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. 🇦🇷

We show you everything that happened from the inside: the preparations, choosing and preparing the meat, building the fire, the grill, the nerves of the competition, and finally, the result. 🔥🥩

We didn't just go to enjoy a good barbecue… this time we had to compete!

During the day, we shared with other participants, experienced the atmosphere of this traditional festival, and put all our effort into presenting our barbecue to the judges.
