This home was absolutely breathtaking. So much so that we went back twice to make this video happen. So happy with how this came out, and hope you enjoyed watching.

Word on the street has it the young lady is still seated in the Thunderbird to this day waiting for the gentleman to come round and open the door for her

I honestly believe 21.5 million is a bargain. This house is probably the only reason I want to be a billionaire.
Not the power, influence, luxuries, travel. Just this piece of heaven. I would never leave it.

Probably the only property tour on YouTube where the home is actually worth the asking price. Having driven by it on the PCH, this area is unreal and to have that much land is insane

This part of the California coast is one of the most beautiful spots in the world!

If he mentions Doctor Seuss or flying in by helicopter one more time I’m out lol 😂

The man who owned this was not even 30 in 1971 when it was built. What a visionary to create such a place. Peter Mullin was his name.. this was only one of his homes. What a wonderful legacy he left. He started from humble means and lived the life of his dreams

This is a steal for 21 million, I was expecting over 100 million but this property feels like a DREAM

I lived in Monterey for 15 years. Big Sur is a special spot, literally one of the best in the entire world.

$21M is a steal for this stunning property. The views are breathtaking and the craftsmanship of the entire property is amazing.

I used to live there in 1995. My uncle is the original caretaker and built the main house and caretakers quarters.

My mother designed and built the main guest house, which was once just a stand-alone house overlooking the ocean. Our family spent many, many years enjoying that view. Nice to see that most of the redwood bookshelves are still there, as well as the redwood bathroom counters and fish handle doors.

HOW IS THIS NOT $100,000,000???? This is honestly a priceless estate on the most beautifully magical parcel on the planet !!!!

Whenever I see titles with descriptions like "most beautiful" I immediately prepare to be disappointed due to frequent exaggeration for clickbait. This property is indescribable, I didn't think all those unique elements combined in such a priceless landscape with stunning views of the ocean would exist in perfect execution. Kudos to the architects and builder for constructing a gem, and the property management for keeping it in pristine condition. If I were a billionaire, I would scoop this up immediately to live and die on that piece of land happily. Thanks for showcasing this masterpiece, the headline you chose is an understatement.

owning this house is beyond wealth; it is spiritual..

This has gotta be the most beautiful property I have ever seen , seriously this is the dream.

@randomme6954 1 year ago

That is breathtaking. The person who owns that now and future, is a very fortunate person❤

Definition of paradise. Any modernization is absolutely unnecessary. This is when extreme good taste meets money. You can see the care and affection with which the owner built it. Beautiful.

Oh my God if I hit the mega millions this is the type of house that I would buy and just sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery forever and ever and ever

I really like this property because it isnt one of those hyper modern, soulless LA Hollywood Hills mansions, but has a lot of character and charme.

What a place!
