"Can I see them from here?" nek minute LOL

I'm glad you checked the room out. The place you started fighting the Duty soldiers is where their base in the CNPP is; there are 4 or 5 Duty strongholds. You normally start that mission from the other end of the CNPP lol. Trust you to start from the wrong side and get caught from both sides.
You start moving from point to point, clearing out each site so that your guys take it completely over, then move to the next, eventully you take their HQ out, and Dury retreats completely from the area; mission over.

Go to Malachite with Burer toes and Chimera ears…massive coupons…..6 toes and two ears will get you 90k coupons.  The gal vendor buys them for research if you go through her menus.

14:28 so you have to clear out the whole camp there and wait for freedom to move to you're position to fully take control of the place witch will show them coming to you on the map. after that they will disembark again to take control of the remanding area's until duty is all wiped out

I don't know how you killed that Burer with a grenade. Excellent throw. Every one I threw came right back to me. I must be throwing at the wrong time. Practice, practice, practice...

Rifle hits like a truck….ammo is scarce and expensive only down side. You ran into the Territorial War Quest/Area….  Tons of enemies and total chaos

They really should add these territory skirmishes all over the zone as they’re essentially not using any of the factions for really any purpose currently.

Just in case you hadn’t come across it yet, in the Cooling Towers area, at the smaller tower, there’s a stash in a safe with a drum mag for this Luftgarde .308 rifle, which gives 50 round capacity. There’s also a 3x Susat scope for it in the safe in the burning gas station.  It’s unfortunate that.308 ammo is so scarce and expensive, but this rifle alone gives good motivation for stockpiling .308 ammo from early in game to be ready for when this rifle can be grabbed only after doing CNPP quests and getting Water Drop artifact.
If you make some very early game trips to Prypiat, as soon as you get out of the Lesser Zone, you can start finding .308 ammo more easily than anywhere else. Lots of Monolith snipers in upper floors of apartment buildings have .308 ammo on them in small quantities. But if you take out enough of them, it adds up. They respawn frequently.  Happy hunting !

Gonna have to pick this up next time it's on a Steam sale, you've clearly been enjoying it!  Just curious, will you be taking another trip into Velen in a few weeks?  I had no plans to replay that game again (so many hours!) until they anounced the remaster and new DLC.:_gamerStuff::_gamerStuff::_gamerStuff:

i don't know how you miss the part it says 308 and i don't know why you thought a big mag would use 9x18...... also that mission to get down there is bugged for me it wont let me get that special weapon because it bugged out and was hoping the latest update would've fixed it but it didn't and made me start a new DLC intro all over again

👍

Draw Distance is still very very bad! Even the olden games had better Draw Distance way better

I found the artifact today, i guess i can go into that room too now.
