You are an outstanding teacher: easy, clear instructions, no distracting noisy music - and you don't rush. This is creativity and joy  combined! Thank you

Fabulous tutorial!  You're the best sewing instructor since sliced bread was invented.

Stuart, your tutorial should be a blueprint standard❤ Concise, excellent instructions and helpful tips as you go. No background distracting music to compete with for anyone hearing impaired, thank you for that. I have made this bag several times now, for my grandkids, and just love having you guide me as I sew.❤🎉🤩🇦🇺

I watched you and you are detailed and instructed- im 77 yr so its helpful for me after my stroke- thank you!❤

What a well made tutorial. Lighting, camera angles, editing, etc.. The directions are clear even for the novice. Thank you!

Stuart that was the most exciting and easy project I've ever followed ,  i have been quilting since the early 80s , I'm now 70 yrs but my knees can't do the floor work joining the 3 layers together ,so I've not done quilting for a few years , but after finding your vlogs I'm over the moon to do all of your  projects. I've just finished my rice bag and absolutely LOVE it ..thank you so much for inspiring me , onto the glass case now and what ever comes up next . Love and blessings from Australia xx....

I have been sewing for about 40 years on and off as a job and as a hobby. That's the best tutorial explanation I have seen. You will have everyone sewing who watches this x

You talk very clear and that helps when watching and learning something new.

I love how you teach. Not too fast or slow, very descriptive, and voice is so pleasant to listen to. Thank you for this bag. I love it

You are natural born gifted teacher, Your are very confident person. Your instruction are so clear and easy to follow. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

Well I’ve just finished my first rice bag , quilted it , and embroidered with some beading , I shall fill it with toiletries for a Christmas present for my twenty something niece . Thank you Stuart for a delightful project , well tutored , had to rewind a few times but you never failed to guide me . X

Additional uses for rice bags - add a bag of rice or grain and use as a door stop, carry craft supplies, use when shopping for items that fall through a shopping trolley/cart, a toiletries bag forr travelling, a small bag for beach necessities, a gift bag for an odd shaped gift, a bag for the car to contain clutter, kids small toy bag,.... I'm sure we'll all find dozens more. Thanks for the clear instructions and demo.
I use "orphan" quilt blocks to make bags for my sewing room (thread and notions storage for a current project).

Stuart you are such a wonderful teacher.  Your directions are clear and precise. I like that you are very organized. You have a wonderful smile and a very pleasant voice. Thank you.

Super cute bag. Thanks for showing the details on how to put it together!!

What a great teacher you are!  Glad I found you, my new favorite channel.  What a great bag, I am going to make these for Christmas gifts, thank you!

You are a joy to sew with and a great teacher.

Stuart, you rock!  I always learn so much from your videos, and I love your sweet humor.

Excellent tutorial. You explain so well, and thoroughly. You're easy to understand and are very specific.
For someone new to sewing; you make this seem totally doable.
Thanks so much!

OMG Stuart! You made my day demonstrating thosing  loop handles! They've been the bane of my sewing existence forEVER!

This is the best method for rice bag construction that I have seen… Why sew four squares together and then sew the bottom square to the four squares when  you can sew all five squares in one step or two steps…very clever…I’ll definitely try your version…great tutorial…
