Я живу на черноморском побережье, у нас благородный , крупный краб называется- каменный краб ‘каменщик’.
Он вкусный очень, только в разы меньше размером. В его панцире мы едим практически всё, кроме жабер и прямой кишки, которая очевидна. В боковых пазухах панциря не печень, а скорее всего жир. Какой-то «крабий жир» или запас питательных веществ. Он реально нежный и вкусный. На самом деле в крабе очень много вкусностей, просто нужно знать, что и как есть. 😌😊😉
