Hi Roger, love Fuerteventura as well as the other islands. We do a split holiday when on that island, half of it in Caleta de Fuste and the other in Corralejo and also hire a car to get round other areas of the island. Enjoyable vlog. 👍🙂

I went to Caleta de Fuste in early Dec last year for a day trip from Corralejo where I am based. Loved the small seaside resort and would like to go there again or base myself there for my next visit. Thanks for the informative vid!

You were there 32 years ago? Brilliant, we were there for the first time 28 years ago, hasn't it been wonderful watching it change and grow!
Edit: now I've got to the end yes there is quite a lot more after The Sheraton which you missed, also there is lots more up the hill!

Beach is man made and was revamped around 3-4 yrs ago. The sand is imported from the Sahara desert. Love Caleta!

Spent a week there and the people were lovely a little windy but the island is famous for that. I recommend a bus trip to the north of the island to see the other resorts and sand dunes. We had a lovely Indian gent to helped us get the right buses and even showed is where to get the bus back. We used the local taxis a couple of times just to get back to our hotel Elba Lucia and the taxi fare was very cheap compared to here in the UK and the taxi stop is just outside the main shopping centre there to the right.

Hi when you stopped at the Sheraton hotel don't know if you knew but literally if you had walked around the next corner Infront of hotels there are several wonderful lagoon beaches , and a walkway out to sea to a fabulous little restaurant surrounded by the sea , also where you started just out of calleta going other direction is a beautiful natural rock pool , ❤️ calleta bud 🙂

Really enjoyed your most informative video however, where you stopped is not the edge of the resort . If you had continued beyond the Sheraton hotel you would have seen a beautiful natural beach La Guirra , a boardwalk into the sea to a lovely bar restaurant , two more large Elba Hotels, Atlantico shopping centre with bowling alley , cinema , amusements and Casino along with an array of shops.. There are also various bars and restaurants below the shopping centre with sea views , and a children’s outdoor amusement park not to mention views of the stunning golf course at the front ……...may be next time 😀
