What we like is not always what we need!
Pitta DOSHA or SUMMER Season is associated with qualities like heat, energy and intensity
To balance Pitta, cooling and soothing yoga practices are suitable
Cooling Pranayama (breathing technique): Like Shitali pranayama
Vinyasa Yoga: A flowing style that combines movement with breath, promoting detoxification and releasing excess heat.
Hatha Yoga: As mentioned earlier, Hatha yoga, when practiced at a moderate pace, can help balan Pitta.
Yin Yoga: Pitta-dominant individuals can benefit from Yin yoga as well, as it helps cool the body and calm the mind.
In this yoga practice I have tried to combine all the above elements to create a cooling yet dynamic yoga practice.
Hope you feel calm and cooled down after this practice!
