Our stay at Yasawa Island Resort and Spa included the charter flight to and from the island in the package.  As much as we travel, Kelli is not very fond of planes and almost cancelled this resort due to this.  You can get there by ferry, but it's probably a half day of travel as opposed to 45 minutes flying.  The resort made all of the arrangements for the Island Hoppers flight, we just needed to coordinate the transfer from our previous hotel back to the airport.  We had some time to relax in their lounge before the flight and we were able to leave our larger checked bags at the airport as there was a pretty strict weight allowance of 15kg (33 lbs).
The flights were fine, beautiful views, and I got to sit in the co-pilot seat on the flight back.
