I disagree with man. there is no misunderstanding. The City of London and co wants to steal Russia's resources and Russia is defending itself. In fact, Russia has a right to defend itself.

Russia didnt start this conflict, the US did

Russia has been open to talks with the EU but the EU are too arrogant to do this.

I'm an avid listener of Diesen's channel and this interview is a great example of why. We simply have to remain fully committed to freedom of speech no matter how bad it gets.

What a lovely surprise to see Roger Koppel on your show, Glenn.  Thank you,  gentlemen.  An extremely interesting discussion.  ❤❤❤

Many greetings from Serbia, may God bless you!

The EU and UK establishments are crumbling cesspools, that are continuing the economic suicide of Europe by stupidly thinking continuing aggression on Russia will "fix things".

To put it simply, as long as the US empire lives, there can be no peace on this planet.  It has been the biggest threat to humanity for decades.  It is run by a bunch of sinister, egotistic, hysteric and shameless lunatics.

Thank you Prof Glenn Diesen for the excellent work and great guest as always great

TACK! As a Swiss living in Sweden I am proud of this extraordinary journalist ROGER KÖPPEL who really tries to and is successful in seeing the "bigger" picture, having a wide historical knowledge, and he avoids a polemic attitude and the moralism nourished by hypocrisy. Thank you professor Diesen that you publish that conversation. You too are my kind of political guide. As Pascal Lottaz is.
Honest respect to both of you.
🇨🇭🇸🇪

I generally like Roger, but I was a bit disappointed that he didn't take into account the fact that President Putin tried to prevent the war through negotiations on several occasions—such as the Minsk agreements (which were a sham) and the peace drafts in Istanbul. What can you do when one party refuses to negotiate? Furthermore, the situation in Ukraine is complex, involving two distinct regions; the eastern and southern parts actually belonged to Russia prior to the 1920s.

Bankers start the wars and they benefit from both sides, they need a safe castle to keep their money and they call that Switzerland.

Roger Köppel is a treasure to the world ❤
Greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰🇩🇰

You always have the most globally knowledgeable guest who provides us with well-rounded, thoughtful, and important information. Thank you!

It is not about idealism. Never. It is greed justified by idealism.

Russia is not my enemy.

Mr. Köppel is one of the few sane voices in the German speaking press! Great guest, thank you.

Mr Kopple forgets that millions of Russians still live in Ukraine after the collapse of the Soviet Union and their rights to speak their native Russian language and the other are discriminated, not to mention some were killed by the Ukrainian government during the orange revolution and thereafter. This is another reason why Russia entered Donbass and the other eastern areas, to protect their own people who are extradited by criminals in Ukraine. If you want to cover the truth, you need to cover all sides.

Russia is not my enemy. Best wishes from England.

Greetings from Australia! Huge respect to both of you; so realistic and open minded Roger as always! I have really enjoyed listening interesting conversation; thanks Glen!
