There are some really big, beautiful homes in the countryside. We found them by accident.

How about a video on places where you can find bigger lots?. 5acre or above. Maybe best value areas for large lots? It will likely be areas that aren't listed here unless you're willing to drop $1M+

I am curious with all of the negative press that the city of Portland has been getting the last year and a half, are you noticing if interest has waned any during that time? Are people still wanting to move to Portland/Vancouver given the spread of bad news from the region lately?

Hey guys,
How do you feel about the new reeds crossing, butternut creek area ( the new south Hillsboro )I was looking at possibly buying a brand new townhome and in that area they are about 350k for 1500 sqft ( the best I can find so far ). I have a max budget of about 400k but would like to come in under that, been in the murray hill area forever renting. I know hoa eats into monthly's, but with a over all goal of living in a primary for around 5 years and then renting it out would you guys go townhome brand new in upcoming new neighborhood or go with one of those shitty old smelling houses in the 380k range that needs some upgrades. Any feedback is great. Thanks.
