Anna and I worked a couple of different projects, a classic balance intensive slab and a more dynamic and powerful boulder on a steeper section of wall. The philosophy of "a smoother journey" to not forget the easier moves on a climb, to iron & smooth them out so there's more gas in the tank for the harder move later on, this was very helpful! Many thanks, ladies and gentlewomen!

I appreciate that Anna prods you to go past your comfort zone and doesn't let you give up when you are getting close to nailing a tough move. I also struggle with giving up too soon and need those nudges to keep trying.

Can relate to the slight hesitation on big moves so much. Always thought of myself as a big confident guy, but hanging on the wall gets rid of delusions of grandeur real quick.

Hope you won't mind me being motivated by someone much stronger and more proficient than myself also struggling (a bit) with that ;)

The yellow route that Anna was doing. Is it allowed to start from a hold that is not the start hold and then go touch the start hold? I thought that was not allowed in a competition.

This is probably one of my favorite videos of yours! The vibes are excellent, it's always great watching you crush stuff, and the music is top notch in this episode. It matches the climbs really well and helps tell the story!
