OTIS MOMENT

The new guy is Otis, Pico's cousin from the Pico's School fangame...Uh. Pico's Cousin. He was sort of unofficially-officially adopted into the main Pico canon in Pico Vs. Convict, a Pico animation made by a NG staff member that had Convict shapeshift into Otis for the classic "I look like your family member how you gonna hurt me now" tactic. It's really nice to see him in Funkin', especially with the new design. Never have I seen a man rock a sweater vest so hard!

Also, there's a new sticker transition (for stuff like quitting mid-song I believe) that have the Goth Punks and Cassandra featured, the original Pico's School antagonists, so they'll definitely be in future Weekends as opponents!  New Daddy Dearest stickers also show up (he's a lot paler than normal), so he'll have just as much of a role in Pico's story as he does in Boyfriend's.

btw ruthlessviper if you dont know who that guy is on the speakers from stress pico mix that dudes name is Otis he is a fan-made spinoff character of pico's school back in 2003 oh and btw he is picos confirmed cousin
