I moved from Osaka to Okinawa and this is my second year here. I drive around Nakijin, the village most people rush past on their way to Kouri Island. Use this video to decide where to stop before you cross Kouri Bridge. There are two Okinawa soba shops (Uchiya and Nakijin Ichifuji), so have fun choosing between them.
