I have tried many times to read the guidelines on my own, but always end up zoning out a few paragraphs in. I know you probably just feel like you are reading what's already there, but I FINALLY can hear it, understand it, and soak it in. So much thanks for this. Btw, your new specs are adorable!

Oh how I wish I'd found this video to go over before I started learning ICD-10-CM! I had an awful time with my mini-test since I was expected to add Z codes appropriately without discussing them in detail! Thank you so so much for this!

Thank you so so so so much! I know I could have read through the guidelines myself but having you read them out just made it sink in so much more. I also had the PDF of the guidelines opened and made little notes from comments you made and highlighted things I thought might come up in the future.

Excellent channel. I'm from Australia been a HIM for about 5 years or so, not much coding. I was head of department but always struggled with coding. Now, looking to get back into coding and your channel is great. We use ICD-10 AM but most of the codes are the same.
