I saw Van Halen in June of 1981 at the Fabulous Forum on Michael Anthony’s birthday. The loudest concert I’ve been to. In 2002, I was working for Pacific Sales doing appliance installation, and I have a stop on my route that has the last name of Anthony on the order. Low and behold, as I’m pulling up to the house, there’s a guy waiting for me standing on a grassy knoll. As I approach him, he started to look familiar to me. I get out of my truck, and I say holy shit you’re Michael Anthony. I installed a washer and dryer in his house. He was so cool, and he gave my an autographed picture that I have on my wall. I miss him in Van Halen.

I really Miss Those $8.50 Stadium Concerts and Bic Lighters

cuts to footage of Eddie making sounds never heard before in existence

van halen without michael anthony in that harmony doesnt sound like van halen . his voice contributed more than people think

I’d love to have a time machine just to go back to the 1980’s..

R.I.P. Eddie Van Halen gone but you will never forgotten 😢💔🎸😭

I truly wish all of them could watch this video and remember the friendships and forget all the bullshit cause in the end that's all that matters!

I miss “that” Eddie.

Eddie passed away, but with his music always with us always with Eddie.

I just can’t stop crying. RIP EDDIE VH

Eddie you can't be gone.  Please come back for at least an encore

After going into shock when the morning news said,"Eddie Van Halen has died from cancer at age 65."I find myself googling everything that I can about him.I'm addicted to him. What a true rock god and introverted personality. He is incredible on the,Frankenstein guitar.I know that he is rock'n out in Rock'n Roll Heaven.

This band was the sound tack of my adolescence!!! OMG Eddie will be missed!!! Never be another Eddie!!!

Sammy always seems like the coolest guy in the room.

Sammy is a beast . He's like 75 now and still looks great, sounds great and kicking ass. It's amazing .

Who could dislike this. Rest Easy Eddie ❤️

Thanks EVH for providing the soundtrack to my youth, RIP.
