As for Aizawa, he would be even more broken & depressed compared to Class A. He not only lost his friend Oboro, but he also lost his prized students, Bakugo & Iida. U.A. on the other hand, would ultimately be shut down for the tarnished reputation it has in this timeline. All For One would take over Shigaraki’s body with ease, it would be complete, and he would rule the world as a god

So I do think there are a few things that would have changed
Well miro would get ofa I don’t think it would be as fast as you think. If I remember correctly all might was only going to meet miro to see if he would be a good successor, but it wasn’t a for sure thing. So well, I do think he would eventually give it to him. I think it would take time.(I could see all might wanting to see if anyone else was worthy at ua because as far as all might knows Afo is dead)

I still think all might would teach 1a because either it would be to see a potential successor or as a cover to teach miro(and I don’t think nezu would let a guy with 0 teaching experience work with anybody but first years)
So when the usj happens I think tsu mineta and monoma die(or at least mineta and monoma) because the water villains would more than likely kill them. And if they escaped they would still more than likely get shigaraki attention leading to two of them being decayed(no deku to distract shigaraki for a few seconds) also when the villains retreat shigaraki might actually kill all might because deku was able to distract him for a few seconds for the ua teachers to arrive.

Now for stain I do agree with you except for one thing stain would have killed tenya with little difficulty so i think stain just leaves and continues his mission(also if a nomu ran into him he would still be in perfect shape, so he would simply be able to cut it and paralyze it and then kill it.)

So I think ua might get shut down(or at less have a lot of students dropping out  or Switching schools)with two(maybe 3) students dead + 1 more although they might be able to say that was tenya’s own fault for seeking out the hero killer

Again, I do agree with you for the most part for the forest training camp but I think it would be more death besides kotas. No deku means tokoyami continues his rampage potentially leading to the death of shoji or any other students that get in his way and no one to stop moonfish so shoto and bakugo will probably be severely wounded if not missing a limb or two and lastly no one to tell mandalay quirk usage is allowed.

And lastly i think there’s a possibility of miro never meeting eri. Nighteye might want miro helping people or being out more to show people he’s the future symbol of peace which might lead to him missing eri or not being near her at all. From there overhaul eventually finds her takes her back and the heroes aren’t aware of her existence. meaning they would be trying to take down shie hassaikai and overhaul leading to them being distracted and eri being taken away. Overhaul himself might escape he immediately grabbed eri and ran and with miro no doubt trying to become the next symbol, he might be more focused on taking down the villains and saving everyone.(and with no Kirishima they wouldn’t know the quirk bullets are made of human cells so they might think simply attacking their headquarters would be enough to stop the bullets from being made)

I’m pretty sure Hitoshi Shinso was supposed to join class 1A

In actuality, it starts getting dark during the USJ incident. Since Izuku Midoriya doesn't exist, how do Neito, Tsuyu, and Minoru not only escape the Shipwreck Zone alive, but also rescue Eraserhead from the Nomu and Shigaraki without dying themselves?

This is just sad 😢

What about this. Slime Villian. Without Izuku to hold up that villian almight wouldve taken longer to catch him. He would deflate before and get killed by said villian. What will the world do without AllMight now.

DAM 😢

Is everyone just dying without Izuku!? 😭😭
