Every interview I watch, I learn more about what happened during everything that occurred and more about firefighters. Damn brave people. Thank you all.
I grew up in Brooklyn and always admired fireman whose job was to go into a burning building while others were racing to get out. This was a beautiful story and you are a gifted interviewer because you don't interrupt once a guest starts speaking, whereas most reporters are incapable of shutting up and ask absolute inane questions. Thanks for the videos.
Terry Hatton was probably the most educated on all buildings in manhattan. Constantly coming up with rescue scenarios. A true scholar of fire service. Never forget 343
I didn't think anyone reached that high in the north tower and figured Orio reaching 78 in the south was the highest any firefighter made it in either tower. Rest in everlasting peace, Terry Hatton.
Terence Hatton, One of America's finest son's. Part of Rescue 1, The FDNY's finest. They made it above the 80th, they called a mayday but kept fighting. The 343 Honour and remember Always
Truly an amazing clip thank you Tom. I had a pleasure working with Captain Hatton when he was passing to a Squad One. Thank you for sharing and giving the world a little idea of what this man was about. God bless you, Tom.
I was just at the memorial fountains in NYC on the 24th anniversary, I pointed out his name to my girlfriend and told her about how special he was. Captain ManHatton. I strongly recommend watching the doc “Still Riding”, you can find it in YouTube. It features Rescue 1, Terry and his crew before 9/11. Thank you Terry for inspiring a generation of firefighters.
The firefighters on 9/11 were men of all men they are part of the same group of our military veterans who gave the ultimate sacrifice. There is no better example of bravery, courage and love for humanity ❤️🕊️✝️😞😥😭💪🇺🇸
Known as Terry ManHatton. Terry's uncle Dan was the director of an ambulance service I worked for in Michigan. Losing Terry broke his heart. Dan told me his brother, Terry's dad was at one time FDNY Chief of Safety....
I’m watching from Australia and I can’t imagine what you guys went through. You Firemen were sooooo brave. Horrific day. Yea you are very good at what you do 100% I can even remember I was at work in Scotland and it happened at 2.15 pm and I ran through to my boss who was in a meeting and I barged in . I say this because that’s how big a thing this was. Even in a tiny place like Scotland. We are here for you all ❤️❤️❤️. Sending lots of love to all the families. Terrible day. 💖
The detail, the emotion i which this man tells his story is .............. I don't even know how to explain the way it makes me feel . Heartbroken ? Sympathetic ? Weak ? Proud ? Probably all of those emotions run through me when I listen to Mr. Brown tell his story . How he does it without completely breaking down is amazing . The love and trust he shared with his firefighter friends comes out in every word . I wish that I could meet this man someday and shake his hand .
