Nevertheless, given their willingness to listen to player feedback and respond promptly, their persistence in continuously improving the game, and their success in creating DLC that delivers a rich and diverse experience despite such challenges, I am confident that Pearl Abyss—as their past actions have demonstrated—will continue to make the best choices for both the players and the game, even if the initial launch of this DLC fell somewhat short of expectations.
I am very curious to see how seamlessly this DLC will integrate with future content and how the development team will respond if post-launch performance falls short of expectations.
Now that players can own sailing ships—moving beyond simple rafts—we might even be able to experience maritime trade, expanding upon the existing wagon-based trading system.
Furthermore, even if not included in this specific DLC, the future addition of a massive region—such as a "New World" or a peninsula or island of comparable scale—combined with maritime environmental factors like inclement weather, could immerse us in a completely new style of gameplay and experience.
It is truly a delight to encounter a game that sparks such imagination, anticipation, and curiosity—even before all the details about the DLC have been revealed.
While I do worry that it might not turn out exactly as I had envisioned, I am nonetheless eager to embrace the full scope of the experience—or perhaps, as Pearl Abyss put it, the thrill of venturing into the "unknown" itself.
It feels just like being a child twenty years ago, poring over game magazines and feeling that same excitement and joy simply by imagining the worlds and experiences that lay beyond the printed images and text.
congrats on the subject matter, thanks for sharing.
