In this video, I’m back at Sushi Express for another collaboration, this time with Chef Ivan to launch the new Zermatt high-protein sushi range!
For this challenge, I had the largest ever Hanamaki topped with egg mayo. I’ve always wanted to try this combination, so I’m really glad we managed to make it happen! Their egg mayo was really good too, not too watery, with just the right amount of sweetness.
Each piece of the normal-sized Hanamaki contains 6.1g of protein, making it a pretty protein-packed sushi option!I also tried the grilled saba with egg and tamago with shrimp, all part of the new high-protein range.
The new high-protein range will be available at all Sushi Express outlets from 29 September to 23 November 2026, so be sure to give it a try if you’re looking for more high-protein options!
