donghae is a gym freak but minho's level is just so scary HAHHAHAH

Minho singing Superman live it’s a live CD recording while running on the the treadmill during hyrox training is some next level shit

Minho said he doesn't do challenges for his songs wit idols cos they ll be already tired during promotion. Bt he is making the idols do hyrox during their promotion 😭 cos minho loves hyrox he thinks everyone feels it refreshing🤣

finally the two gym enthusiasts  and golden retrievers, reunite! thank you Minho-nim for inviting your favorite hyung!

I couldn't help but worry about Donghae's back injury. He's fit but to jump into a routine like this so quickly was worrisome. Minho did seem to monitor Hae's condition even while he pushed. We see Miinho's enthusiasm a lot on broadcast but I gotta say, it doesn't do him justice. I think he's a lot more intense than we see. 😅

Wow i got tired by just looking at them. Lovely Donghae, do not strain your back too much.

also, i am so thankful that minho released the full album for the fans. it really comforts me for a lot, a lot of days and nights. and minho's voice is the best fit for midnight that makes you feel accompanied and relieved from a tense daytime work. love you and support you as always
