Who the heck would sexually assault a three year old?! 😭 I can't imagine the pain she must have went through

Anyone who does this to a little girl is going to hell and should not get another chance they should regret being brought unto earth

Who would do this? A sick man, that's who. He should go burn in hell. Poor Riley, she was only three!! She didn't even get to have a life. And, how the heck would a 35 year old man sexually assault a little girl? Did he put duck tape over her mouth and nose? Is that how she gagged? How did he get her all the way down to the creek? How come that wasn't the first place they looked when they found out she was killed? Who is the killer?

So many questions that will never be answered, unless the killer comes on YouTube makes a video admitting he killed Riley and tells everyone all the details of this terrible murder. Again, who would do such a thing?

She had a long and happy future ahead of her... this is so horrible when a life is cut so short. I hope that the person guilty of her murder gets what he/she deserved.
What makes it even sadder is that if Riley had still lived today, she would be about the same age as me. I hope that a story like this should never be repeated ever, even in a million years. RIP Riley Fox, 2001-2004.

Sadly, Kevin passed away in a car accident in  Arkansas March 2023.

Riley's parents seem so calm talking about this, they are probably still in shock. if this ever happened to me i would be bawling my eyes out.. RIP Riley. she was such a beautiful little girl. people are so messed up.

That dad is such a good guy, what happened to him was messed up.

I sincerely hope he sued every single; police officer, investigator, prosecutor, member of the general public and media outlet who tried to frame him.

My heart aches, God bless little Riley. I can't imagine being a parent and hearing what happened to your child. What sick, twisted man molests a 3 YEAR OLD GIRL, gags her with duck tape, and drowns her. It makes my stomach turn. I hate living in a world full of such horrible people. That poor innocent little girl, I cannot believe what she had to go through at only 3. God bless you Riley, little angel💕
