This gotta be classified as abuse like what😭

it doesn’t look like a $500 grocery haul because all that pre-packaged ultra processed shit is sooo damn expensive. my groceries consist of like 80-90% whole foods and i’m always appalled when im reminded of how expensive ultra processed food is when i get the occasional bag of chips or something like that. costs so much more than actual food.

Im from the Caribbean (Jamaica) and this is straight up crazy,we always had a ridiculous amount of food at home however it was all farm fresh and healthy

Holy crap man, that first lady is setting her kids up for a lifetime of health issues if that is a regular thing for them. Its one thing to have snacks for school or easy lunches on occasion, but all the time is very unhealthy, especially for children.

2:28 Nature's way of saying Stop Drinking all These!

This is sadly the Standard American Diet. Thankfully I got into Bodybuilding in 2017 and got serious about what I put in my body. I eat A LOT but not ultra processed. There’s so much information on what IS healthy but people have the choice to put what they want in their shopping cart and mouth. This parent is definitely passing on bad food choice’s to their children

10:07 , I think you are talking about Snowballs, those are legit my fav lmao

I lived in Barcelona for 6 months as someone from the US, when you mentioned Mercadona all i could think is how I miss it sm! There was one right next to the school I attended while I was there and I'd often stop in.

It really is crazy here in the US, because I go to the grocery store and I see carts that look like the first woman's haul all the time.. it's so normalized.. then they are asking why everyone is obese..

My sister feeds her kids all processed shit too! Our parents did it to us too and we both had food issues so I dont understand 😒. This lady has her parents living with them too so she has multiple incomes to buy all that crap.

Mama J on her own weight loss journey actually

I just hope none of this is tax payer's dollars

In America frozen vegetables has no oils or anything else in them unless you get something like broccoli with cheese but frozen plan vegetables are just has good as buying them fresh

I grew up with unlimited access to snacks and guess what? I didn’t start eating whole foods and proper meals until I finally had my health scare & wake up call at 25! I started eating real food at 25!!!! because I had an addiction to snacks and wouldn’t feel hungry by the time meal time came around, so my life consisted around just snacking all day.

Parents have to be more responsible when it comes to their kids and their access to snacks 😢

So most frozen and canned vegetables are fine with no oils here in the US and are great for acessibilty reasons, rather actually disabled or in a situation in life, and there are no and low salt options depending on dietary needs, but spending $500 dollars and getting GV frozen vegetables makes my autistic broke college self judge- I’m on a weight loss journey and am learning how to my some of processed safe foods less processed slowly, not all because I’m not making candy corn, but I would get a better brand of frozen vegetables if I could afford it

fineeeeee bro i subscribed

I put .5 oz of heavy cream in my coffee but I do not put sweetner, I add sea salt.

sim Recheio e outros retalhistas , e mesmo o recheio não tem tamanhos tão grandes. a excepçao de baldes de nutella lol

Muitos deles gastam num dia o que não ganhamos num mês

just so much junk...... barely any whole foods. those poor kids

🎉
