An alternative technique to apply napkins..
Things you will need along side basic cl\y tools:
I used fimo pro in white with a pinch of purple
Patterned paper napkins
Crackle paint
Pearl gilding paste
Cord

Lovely. I work with napkins a lot on other crafts and to cut them out organically instead of ripping them, we use a small wet paint brush. Just 'draw or paint ' the water on the napkin, As the napkin wets you can just pull it apart gently.
This way you have control over where it rips. ❤
